Except for 3D sintered Chrome Cobalt plates, all other work is produced on site using only the best materials and latest technologies in the manufacturing techniques.

Purchased an intra-oral scanner recently? Chromex is partnered with iTerio and 3Shape (Trios) to receive scans directly from the intra-oral scanner. We have several options for obtaining the STL file needed to manufacture 3D designed and printed devices for all other scanner types.
We work alongside many orthodontists to ensure that we are always keeping up to date with the latest changes in our industry and provide our clients with the best technology and services available when it comes down to dentures and mouthguards. We do ongoing training for our treatment options and use the latest gadgets like CAD-CAM (3D digital printing & design).

Turnaround Times In Lab
Chrome Cobalt:10 working days,
Special Tray and Bite Rims: 4 working days.
All other work: 5 working days.
Same day repairs and additions are available, but we ask that, where possible, these cases be pre-booking.
Faster services are available on all devices but will 'rush fees' will apply.
